How do I sign up for Mobile and Online Banking?

  • Online banking: visit www.stockgrowers.bank and login via the “LOGIN” box in the upper right-hand corner.
  • Mobile banking: users will download the new “Stock Growers Bank” mobile app in the Apple Store or Google Play store.

When enrolling you will need the following information.

  • Social Security Number or Tax ID (for business)
  • Account Number. Any number will work as long as its tied to the user.
  • Cell phone number so you can receive a verification code through a text message. Home number, then you’ll receive a phone call for a verification code. It’s a 7-digit code.
  • Email address
  • You’ll need to set up a username and password.
    • Username
      • Must not contain a space
      • Must be between 8 and 12 character
      • Cannot contain the following characters %@”
    • Password
      • Must contain 1 upper- and lower-case letter
      • Must contain at least 1 number
      • Must be between 8 and 12 characters
      • Cannot contain the following characters %@”
      • Must not match or contain your ID
      • Must not match the previous 4 passwords

How do I log into Mobile and Online Banking?

  • Online banking: visit www.stockgrowers.bank and login via the “Login” box in the upper right-hand corner.
  • Mobile banking: users will download the “Stock Growers Bank” mobile app in the Apple Store or Google Play store.

How do I log out of Mobile and Online Banking?

  • From the menu on the left, click on your name and photo.
  • Select “Sign Out”

I can’t remember my username or password. What do I do?

  •  You will be able to recover your account by selecting “Forgot Password”?

How do I change your Username or Password?

  • Online banking: click settings on the bottom left corner, click on security, update, and save.
  • Mobile banking:tap on the 3 lines at the top left corner, tap on your profile at bottom left corner, tap on settings, tap on security, update, and submit.
  • You still will need to contact the bank for a change of address, email, phone number.

What is 2 Factor Authentication (2FA)?

  •  2FA is an added security measure that allows for Online and Mobile Banking users to use a one-time access code when accessing online banking. This additional layer of security helps better protect the user.

What information do I need to enter for 2 Factor Authentication?

  •  You will be prompted to enter your phone number and email address. This must match the phone number and email address that the bank has on file.

When logging in on my computer, do I need to receive a 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) time I log in? 

  •  The user may check the “Don’t ask for codes again on this computer” box if they don’t want to receive a confirmation code phone call or text each time you log in. Stock Growers Bank doesn’t recommend having a browser save a password.

How can I log in to Online and Mobile Banking if I am unable to receive my verification code via text message? 

  • If you are unable to receive your verification code via SMS text message, select “Try Another Way” on the verification code page.
  • Select “Phone Call” and click “Next.” You will receive an automated phone call, which will provide you your verification code.
  • Return to the verification code page and enter the code.
  • The phone number on file at the bank is the number that will be called.

How do I view my transactions for only one account at a time? 

  • To view a full list of transactions for a specific account, you will select your desired account from the top of your Online and Mobile Banking dashboard and then select “Transactions.”

How do I make an internal transfer from one of my accounts to another? 

  • To make an internal account transfer, you will select the “Transfer” button on Online and Mobile Banking dashboard.

Where can I view my Account and Routing Number?  

  • Select your desired account from your Online and Mobile Banking dashboard. Your account and routing numbers can both then be found at the bottom of your screen.

How do I tag a transaction? 

  • Select the account that corresponds with the transaction you are wanting to tag.
  • Once you are in the transaction, you will see your first option being Add Tags
  • Click on + Add Tag and start typing the tag you wish for this transaction
  • Click OK when completed.

How do I add notes to a transaction? 

  • Select the account that corresponds with the transaction you would like to add a note to. Select the transaction you would like to add your note to once you are in the details you will then click the button “add note”.

How do I add an image to a transaction? 

  • Select the account that corresponds with the transaction you would like to attach your image to. Select the transaction you would like to attach your image to, once you are in the details you will then click the button “attach image”.

How do I change the order of my accounts displayed in my Online and Mobile Banking? 

  • You can rearrange the order your accounts display in Online and Mobile Banking to reflect the unique sequence you want.
  • From the Accounts click on the three dots and click Organize Accounts in online OR click the opposing arrows in your mobile banking app.
  • Drag and drop the accounts to rearrange the order
  • Click Done!

What is the Message center in Online and Mobile Banking?  

  • Once you have logged in to Online or Mobile banking, you can select Messages on the Dashboard.
  • To start a new secure message, start typing in the start a conversation box.
  • Type your message and click Send.
  • A Stock Growers Bank customer service representative will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

What is Bill Pay?

  • Bill Pay is efficient and fast way to pay bills, credit cards, loans, people, and other expenses as needed.

How Bill Pay does it work?

  • Once you selected who you would like to pay Stock Growers Bank will either issue an ACH or Check on behalf of the customer to the payee. This service is FREE to the customer and payments will be made the following business day.

How do I sign up for Bill Pay?

  • Select the “Pay” tab on the main dashboard.
  • You will be prompted to add a new payee which can be a person or a company.
  • To pay a Person: you will need to know Payee Name, Address, Routing & Account Number if known.
  • To pay a Company: you will need to know Payee Name, Address, Routing & Account Number if known.

What is Mobile Remote Check Deposit?

  • Mobile Remote Check Deposit from Stock Growers Bank lets you deposit checks anywhere and anytime. It’s the fastest, easiest way to get checks into your account. See below for deposit posting timeframes.

How do I set up alerts in Online and Mobile Banking? 

  • You can add an alert in Online and Mobile Banking: 
  • Log in
  • Select the account you would like to set up an alert for
  • Click Alert preferences in the menu or Manage alerts in mobile banking platform
    • Under Alerts
  • In the Balance alerts section, select Add Alert
  • Select Above or Below, and then input a dollar amount.
  • In the Alert/Notify by field, select Email, Text Message, or In-app message.
  • Select Add Alert to save the alert
  • Repeat steps for Transaction alerts

How do I delete an alert in Online and Mobile Banking? 

  • Alerts can be deleted an any time in Online and Mobile Banking.
  • Log In
  • Select the account you would like to edit up an alert for
  • Click Alert Preferences in the menu or Manage alerts in mobile
    • Under Alerts
  • Click the Edit next to the alert you would like to change
  • Click the Trashcan icon or click Remove in mobile

How do I edit an existing alert in Online and Mobile Banking? 

  • Alerts CAN be edited at any time in Online and Mobile Banking.
  • Log IN
  • Select the account you would like to edit an alert for
  • Click Alerts preferences in the menu or Manage alerts in mobile
    • Under Alerts
  • Click Edit next to the alert you would like to change
  • Change the criteria for the alert
  • Click SAVE

How do I enroll in eStatements?

  • Click on the account you would like to enroll
  • Once you are in the account, click on Statements
  • In the Statements tab, you will see Sign Up/Changes – click here.
  • In that tab, check mark all the boxes you would like to enroll your accounts in
  • Click Save Settings

Will my eStatement history be available in Online and Mobile Banking? 

  • Yes. You will have access to up to 20 months of statements.

Where do I go to view my eStatements? 

  • Your eStatements are now accessed by selecting your desired account from the top of your digital banking dashboard and then selecting “Statements” from the list shown.

What Debit Card Controls are available? 

  • Stock Growers Bank continuously monitors your debit card and will alert you by a text message or with a phone call in the event of suspected fraud.
  • Stock Growers Bank also offers a Card Management feature that can be accessed through Mobile and Online Banking.

How can I access Debit Card Management?

  • Log into Mobile or Online Banking
  • Select the account that has a debit card tied to it and select “Card Management”
  • Select Alerts and protections
  • You can set controls for Locations, Merchant Types, Transaction Types, and Spending Amounts.

Remote Deposit Anywhere (for Consumers)

Remote Deposit Anywhere – With this service, there is no need to come into the bank to make deposits anymore. This service allows customers to simply take a picture of their check using their smartphone and deposit it to their checking or savings account.

How Mobile Remote Check Deposit does it work?

Once you’ve downloaded the Stock Growers Bank mobile banking app, simply launch it on your phone and select “Deposit” on the dashboard.

On the back of your check, write

Account Number

Take a picture of the front and back sides of the check, choose the account you want to receive the deposit and enter the amount. After confirming the details, tap “Submit.”

Deposit limits and the amount of checks can be adjusted for each customer.

If your deposit was made before 4:00 pm it will available in your account, the same business day around 10:00 pm that day.

Deposits made after 4:00 pm will be available in your account the following business day around 10:00 pm that day.

Friday deposits after 4:00 pm will not be available until Monday around 10:00 pm that day, unless it’s a holiday then the next business day.
